DINOSAUR

DINOSAUR was one of the headline attractions at Disney's Animal Kingdom and became well known for its intense and thrilling ride experience. Using the same ride system as Indiana Jones Adventure at Disneyland Park, guests boarded rugged Time Rovers and travelled back to the age of the dinosaurs on a mission to rescue an Iguanodon before a meteor strike hit Earth. The attraction combined large scale animatronics, darkness, sudden movements and loud special effects to create a chaotic and suspenseful adventure. DINOSAUR was especially famous for its frightening encounters with the Carnotaurus, which became one of the most memorable moments within the entire park. Over the years the attraction gained a dedicated fanbase thanks to its unique storyline, impressive effects and darker tone compared to many other Disney attractions.
