Thorpe Park Thrills Workshop

Thorpe Park is full of history, and over the years the park has seen some major investments, which have resulted in several attractions and pieces of theming being removed. The park’s target audience has also changed significantly. When Thorpe Park first opened, it was aimed primarily at families rather than thrill-seekers.

Located inside the Thrill Seekers Workshop and Education Centre is a large museum where many of the park’s most interesting and unique items are stored. These range from old logos and signage once found around the park to former costume character heads and outfits.

The Thrill Seekers Workshop is not open to the general public and usually requires a private booking, such as a visit from a school or college. However, should you ever get the chance to go inside and take a look, you will be met with some serious nostalgia. Stepping inside feels like travelling back in time through Thorpe Park’s history.
