New for Summer 2026 Pulse Street Food Transforms Launch Pad at Thorpe Park

Launch Pad at Thorpe Park has been given a huge summer makeover, transforming the area into somewhere that feels much more social, relaxed and inviting.

A range of new food trucks has been installed as part of the Pulse Street Food Collection, alongside additional shaded seating, benches and themed deckchairs. There are also some new photo opportunities, including an oversized deckchair and a swing designed for two.

At the far end of Launch Pad, a new stage has also been installed in the location previously occupied by the large digital screen, giving the area another focal point and potentially allowing it to be used for entertainment throughout the season.

On paper, these additions might not sound huge, but together they have completely changed the atmosphere of Launch Pad. What was already a useful food and seating area now feels much more like somewhere guests can spend time, grab something to eat and relax between rides.

The new Pulse Street Food Collection also gives the area a noticeably more premium feel, and with all the extra seating, shade and entertainment space, we think Launch Pad could be busier than ever this summer.
