The Crows Returning? Fright Nights 2026 Construction Continues at Thorpe Park

It’s all systems go at Thorpe Park as preparations continue for Fright Nights 2026, with more theming appearing around the park and a potentially major clue pointing towards the return of The Crows.

Over at Stitches, the fake shopfront has now been installed just days after we spotted large amounts of theming and set pieces waiting outside the maze. Most of the set now appears to have been moved inside, with very little remaining outside the tent.

However, the biggest development this week can be found underneath the Nemesis Inferno lift hill. Fencing and theming have now been moved into the area previously occupied by Death’s Doors, confirming that something will once again be taking over this space for Fright Nights.

Our current guess is that this could be a new evolution of The Crows storyline. Their previous location is now being used for something else, while pieces of theming from last year’s finale can be seen underneath Nemesis Inferno. The 2025 storyline ended with a large sacrifice-style scene, and elements from that set appear to be amongst the props currently sitting in the area.

Also spotted is a “Derry Public Works” sign, a reference to IT 4D, which has appeared around Fright Nights over the past few years.

Elsewhere around Thorpe Park, a number of new posters have appeared carrying the phrase “It’s Always Been Fear”, tying into the teaser video released by the park just a few days ago as the build-up to this year’s event continues.

Thorpe Park’s website currently states:

“New & returning Scare Zones & Shows to be announced...”

That wording confirms that Fright Nights 2026 will feature both new and returning scare zones and shows.

With The Crows’ old location now seemingly being used for something else, and theming appearing beneath Nemesis Inferno in the former Death’s Doors area, this could be a very big hint that The Crows will return for 2026 in a new location and potentially with an evolved storyline.

Nothing has officially been confirmed just yet, but the pieces are certainly beginning to come together.

We can’t wait to see the full line-up for Thorpe Park Fright Nights 2026.
