World of Minecraft Takes Another Huge Step Forward at Chessington

The World of Minecraft at Chessington has taken another huge leap forward this week, with the steelwork for the new shop and toilet building now complete.

Looking at the plans for the area, this appears to mean that almost all of the main building steelwork is now in place, apart from the large entrance feature, which we expect will be installed later in the year.

This is another major milestone for the project and could mean that the coaster track currently being stored in the car park is next to be installed.

It may become increasingly difficult to see the track being installed inside the main coaster building, but once the outdoor sections start going up, the scale of the new ride and the wider World of Minecraft area should really begin to come together.

With more of the buildings now taking shape, this project is going to look incredible once the coaster track starts appearing across the site.
