Project Exodus at Thorpe Park is still in the planning stages. Since being submitted the plans have received both positive and negative comments that the park will need to overcome in order to get full planning permission.

In the past 24 hours, the ride Bobbing Barrels has been delivered to Chessington and installed!

Excitement is building as Thorpe Park gears up for its highly anticipated Carnival event, with preparations now officially underway! This year, the festivities are taking a nostalgic turn with the revival of a beloved icon from the park’s past.

Work on the Pirates Cove retheme / expansion continues at Chessington World of Adventures. Shipments of ride hardware and theming appears to continue to arrive every day at the park. A box wrapped up with Mack Rides tape sat next to Sea Storm waiting for installation at our best guess.

Legoland Windsor is celebrating a decade of delighting guests with a special treat: a gigantic cake made entirely of LEGO bricks. The hotel, which opened its doors 10 years ago, marked the milestone with this impressive display outside the entrance.

Project Amazon is slowly progressing at Chesssingotn with work on more major elements such as the foundations for the rollercoasters station beginning.

Big progress has been made at Chessington with the two new rides for summer 2022. Pirates Coves has recently received a shipment of the ride hardware for the new bobbing barrels water ride from Zamperella. Since our last visit, scaffolding has been removed which was covering the ride.

The Explorer Gate refurbishment is inching closer and closer to being finished every time we visit! Since our last visit to the park the area has been fully opened up with old buildings removed, fresh tarmac laid and we can finally see how big this entrance is.

Fright Nights begins in 130 days and it looks like work on a new maze might have started! Containment last opened in 2019 and was used as a Fright Nights VIP Tour muesem in 2022. However, this space is sat wasted and could make for a huge attraction.
