Today is the first day of the theme park season at Alton Towers which means new pin badges! And there's a lot of new pin badges for all the collectors out there. A new mini set of badges has been launched costing £16, the set includes all of the main rollercoaster logos.

Thorpe Park has made some modifications to the Stealth baggage system during the closed season, removing the old bag room and replacing it with storage boxes on the platform which can be accessed by both sides.

Stealth at Thorpe Park has had a section of track repainted during the closed season. Located towards the end of the ride the section of the brake run has been repainted solid blue removing the original colours of the track with the white running wheels section.
During the 2020 season, Alton Towers decided to close the monorail transport link between the hotels/car park and the park entrance.
