A month after Thorpe Park closed its gates to the public, work is underway across the island to check all of the rides are safe to operate, fix and paint areas of the park. Anything that can’t be done with guests around, gets done during the closed season.

The 28th November marked the official opening for the highly anticipated ‘Rulantica – the new water world at Europa-Park’.
After a hugely successful season at Germany’s largest theme park, Paddington™ on Ice will, for the first time, be coming to the UK this festive season at Hyde Park Winter Wonderland – and you can catch him gliding onto the ice from Thursday 21st November 2019 - Sunday 5th January 2020.
Thorpe Park has released the opening hours for the 2020 theme park season, the first day of the season will be 27th March and the last day will be 1st November 2020.

Thorpe Park has released a limited edition Fright Nights 2019 branded collectible plastic cup around the resort. Costing £1 extra guests can buy the cup and keep them and refill them with their drink of choice. Cups are available from all food and beverage units across the park.
