Scare Actors Return to Nemesis Sub-Terra at Alton Towers

Alton Towers has announced that scare actors are returning to the finale of Nemesis Sub-Terra!

In a push notification sent out today, the park confirmed that from 2pm every day until the end of the 2026 theme park season, scare actors will feature in the attraction's finale.

This is something Nemesis Sub-Terra has been missing since it reopened following its extended closure, and we're excited to see the actors return! Their presence should make the finale even more intense and bring back some of the atmosphere the attraction was originally known for.

New signs highlighting the change can also be seen on the fences leading into the attraction.

Great job, Alton Towers! We can't wait to experience Nemesis Sub-Terra with scare actors once again!
