Nemesis Sub-Terra To Reopen 27th May 2023
Alton Towers Resort has announced its hugely popular drop tower dark ride, Nemesis Sub-Terra, is reopening on May 27, just in time for May half term.

Work on building the stages for Mardi Gras at Alton Towers has begun! Unlike previous years it looks like all of the krewes of Alton Towers Mardi will be based in front of the towers in the street previously called food street.

Over the past few days trucks containing sections of the Nemesis track and supports have continued to arrive at the resort.
More Nemesis Track Delivered And Installed
Trucks continue to arrive at Alton Towers with more sections of Nemesis track and supports. Being delivered by the Phalanx the trucks are being stored in the car park by Air. Closely guarded these trucks are shrouded by fences so no one can disturb the Nemesis experiments going on by Phalanx.

First Sections Of Nemesis Track Installed
The first sections of the track for Nemesis have been installed! The final turnaround of the ride has been installed with new jet-black supports and a custom paint job on the track.
Nemesis Observation Platform Opens
The Nemesis Observation Platform is officially open! The Phalanx has opened up a viewing platform for the reconstruction of Nemesis. With new track and supports starting to be delivered to the park from last night it won't be long until the iconic ride structure returns.
