Today marks another historic day for the Mack Family with the official opening of Krønasår – The Museum-Hotel. This 4* superior hotel is the sixth Europa-Park hotel to join the already impressive line-up.

Work on rebuilding Pirates in Batavia at Europa Park is progressing well! Less than a year after the fire that gutted the ride and area around it Scandinavia part of the framework for the new ride building has already been installed.

For the 2019 season, Europa Park have unveiled a preview in the Schatzkammer (The Treasury) for the return of Pirates of Batavia in 2020.

New for 2019 at Europa Park, Fjord-Rafting, the parks rapids ride has received new theming along the route of the ride.

Scandinavia at Europa Park is in the process of being rebuilt from the group up following the fire last year. Amazingly over the closed season, the park has been able to design and install all of the buildings in the area.

Europa Park has announced via their website that the huge waterpark called Rulantica will be opening on 28th November 2019.

Europa Park has confirmed on their social media channels that the rapids ride Fjord-rafting will reopen with the rest of the park at the start of the summer 2019 theme park season. The ride was closed shortly after the fire that destroyed Pirates in Batavia and the area around it.

Work on the new waterpark called Rulantica and the new 276 room hotel Kronasar is well underway at Europa Park in Germany. Opening in 2019 the hotel is now available to pre-book with the waterpark opening later in the year.

Following the devastating fire that destroyed Pirates in Batavia, Europa Park has been hard at work to remove the damaged buildings and is preparing the area to be rebuilt.
