Big news for Hyperia! Trains for the rollercoaster have been delivered and spotted being driven down the access road and are slowly one by one being installed in the maintenance building.

Thorpe Park has posted an update about Hyperia in the Thorpe Park Annual Passholders Group on Facebook about the status of the trains and exclusive footage of the lift hill chain testing. We could be less than 24 hours away from seeing the trains delivered on-site!

Two weeks ago we reported that the installation of RAW Electric car chargers had begun at Chessington World of Adventures with a corner of the car park fenced off and pipes being run for new infrastructure. It would appear that these new chargers are almost ready to be used!

Legoland Windsor's Woodland Village is coming together beautifully! The area is really starting to take shape with all the new theming installed, giving it that enchanting, forest-inspired vibe.

It's been a big day for Hyperia today! Commissioning for the ride has begun, with the testing of different components leading up to more serious testing such as the train being sent around the track.

Universal Destinations & Experiences has announced plans to develop a new theme park and resort in Bedford, United Kingdom. The company has launched a dedicated website, Universal UK Project, to provide information about the project and engage with the public.

With an opening date now set for Hyperia work on the queue line and ride area fencing has begun. Fence posts have been installed and during the day yesterday fences were installed creating the ride area for Hyperia.

Work on restoring Samurai to its original colour scheme is progressing well at Thorpe Park. The first layer of red paint has been added on top of the recently sanded-down blue paint. We can't wait to see the mighty Samurai return!

Breaking news coming in from Thorpe Park this afternoon. The park has announced that Hyperia will be opening on Friday 24th May 2024. Which just so happens to be the park's anniversary. Posted on social media:
