The Thorpe Park closed season is almost over and the park has begun reassembling attractions throughout the park ready for its first guests of the season! However, we know that's not the main reason you are reading this article.
Thorpe Park has today announced Club 236! A club exclusive to Merlin and Thorpe Park pass holders, all you have to do is visit the park during the 2023 season to be entered into the draw to be on one of the first public train of project Exodus.
Thorpe Park has posted another cool insight into Project Exodus on their social media channels tonight.
Thorpe Park has announced Derren Browns Ghost Train is being replaced by a new attraction called Ghost Train! The artwork for this new attraction looks amazing and we can't wait to see what the park has done to it.
Thorpe Park reopens for the 2023 theme park season in just a few months' time and work is still ongoing around the park to get things ready. The biggest maintenance job that's visible from monks walk and across the lake is COlossus, which currently has scaffolding around the lift hill.
Monks Walk is a hive of activity full of enthusiasts wanting to see a moment in history, Loggers Leap being ripped up like a piece of paper! The ride trough is made up of fibreglass panels which when picked up by heavy machinery looks to come apart very easily.
With Thorpe Park doing such a great job at documenting the demolition of Old Town there aren't many changes around the area that we haven't seen on social media from the park's Facebook group.
Thorpe Park has today posted a video and photos showing off work happening to Colossus. It would appear that the ride will be undergoing a major re-tracking for the 2023 theme park season.
Loggers Leap is gone! Tonights update in the Thorpe Park Passholder group shows videos and photos of the ride station / scare maze building being demolished! Rest in piece Loggers Leap you served us well.
The Loggers Leap station and Creek Freak Massacre maze is no more! Work on demolishing the station and queue line has begun, photos shared on Thorpe Park Passholder Group show the roof of the covered queue line being ripped off by a digger.
The first part of Project Exodus has been delivered to Thorpe Park and in an exclusive post on the new Facebook Thorpe Park Annual Pass group the park has given us a sneak peek!
