Zufari ride into Africa, coming soon to Chessington World Of Adventures in 2013!

This afternoon The Swarm at Thorpe Park and lost a bolt whilst the ride was open to the public. Its believed that due to the heat wave that we are currently going thorough that the steel is expanding causing bolts to have a lot of tension in them.

For the past few weeks Alton Towers have been giving away £1000 to one lucky guest. The winner was randomly picked whilst on a ride then greeted by Alton Towers to be told that they had won £1000, there reaction was videoed by the staff and they had there photo taken with a giant cheque.

In the next few weeks coming Alton Towers Resort planes to open up a park wide wifi zone. The internet connection at the alton towers hotels was made free during the closed season and has been free since then to our knowledge.

Chessington World Of Adventures turns 25 years old. How time fly’s or it does if you’re having fun, in the space of 25 years the park has transformed from being a small zoo to being one of the most popular theme parks in the uk.

As all British people should know by now in the next few weeks the queen will be celebrating her diamond jubilee and Legoland Windsor Resort have done something very special to celebrate this event!

After 2 months of the park being open Thorpe Park look to finally have got the all clear on the swarm fire effect. A recent video of the fire effect working as made its way onto YouTube via a park mangers YouTube account.

On Wednesday 9th May 2012 a man adventured into the Oblivion restricted area where the car drops into the ground. As shown by the photo below the man some how managed to get onto the ledge off the ride.

Earlier this month we reported that the London Dungeons may be moving to Country hall near the London eye ticket office and the sea life centre. After weeks of speculation the London Dungeons have now confirmed that they will be moving as soon as Christmas.

Over the last few years the “miss hippos fungle safari” ride has been standing but not operating. After years of the site being used for only the asylum queue line the ride location has finally started to be worked on.

At the start of 2012 Thorpe Park announced that Saw Alive would only open on selected date during the 2012 season however no one would of guessed that just two months into the main season that they would shut the ride until Fright Nights.
