Twisted Timbers

Twisted Timbers is one of the most popular rollercoasters at Kings Dominion and transformed the former Hurler wooden coaster into a modern hybrid attraction. Manufactured by Rocky Mountain Construction, the ride combines a steel track with the original wooden structure to create a fast paced experience packed with airtime, sharp turns and inversions. Twisted Timbers is especially well known for its series of rapid ejector airtime hills and its twisting layout through the structure. Since opening, the coaster has become a favourite amongst enthusiasts and is widely considered one of the best rides in the park.
