Chessington World of Adventures officially opened on 19th March 2020. The park launched all of its new changes that it has been working on over the closed season and opened up the brand new Rainforest area.

Over the closed season at Chessington work has been underway to remove Rameses Revenge and prepare the site ready for construction of the new drop tower ride, which is set to open 2021.

Today is the Services Preview Day at Chessington and with the park fully open minus the new area we can take a closer look and see The Rainforest.

Chessington World of Adventures has launched a brand new annual pass type for 2020. Following Thorpe Park and Alton Towers, who both launched a brand new premium pass - alongside their standard passes. Chessington has now followed suit and launched a Premium Chessington Annual Pass.

Chessington World Of Adventures Resort reopens to guests on 19th March 2020, in 19 days the theme park will fully reopen with the launch of Rainforest in March and the new pirate ship due to open at some point this year.

The magic is returning to Chessington World of Adventures. The park is just 4 weeks away to opening for the 2020 season to annual pass holders and reopening on 19th March. Opening it’s newest area, Rainforest, with the new mini log flume River Rafts, Treetop Hoppers and Jungle Rangers.

Chessington World of Adventures have announced the launch of a brand-new messaging service, Wild WhatsApp. Giving guests and animal lovers the chance to contact Chessington zookeepers directly with all their animal-related questions.

Chessington Animal Adventures returns this February half term at Chessington. Running from 15th till 23rd February 2020 the park is packed full of fun and wild adventures for the whole family. Tickets to the event cost from £15 per person and entry is free for Annual Pass Holders!

Chessington World Of Adventures is set to have a big year in 2020. With a whole new area unveiled called “The Rainforest”, a new family log flume ride installed, the Flying Jumbos relocated to Adventure Point and rethemed to the children’s book Elmer the Patchwork Elephant.

A new little land with some big adventures has been discovered at Chessington World of Adventures. Opening March 2020, Rainforest Land is a rethemed area containing three rides and a small selection of animals.

The relocation of the Flying Jumbos has been a mystery for the past few months at Chessington World of Adventures. However, in a leaked post on the internet, the retheme of the flying jumbos has been confirmed to be themed around the popular kid's book Elmer published by Penguin Books.
