Work continues on removing Hocus Pocus Hall at Chessington. Although not much can be seen from the outside of the building the queue line for the old attraction has now been removed along with an old shed building that used to make sounds when guests pulled on an old iron Levar.
Work on removing Hocus Pocus Hall at Chessington has begun, the attraction closed at the end of the 2018 season and will be replaced with a new attraction called. Room on the Broom - A Magical Journey.
The theme park season at Chessington World of Adventures has been extended by 4 days, the park was due to close on 31st October. This has since been changed over the past few days with the park now staying open until 4th November 2018.
Flying into Chessington Spring 2019, Room on the Broom will be replacing Hocus Pocus Hall. Opening in 2003 the old 4D attraction has become tired over the years and has been in need of a replacement.
The magical home has gone up for sale and is currently on the property website, Rightmove as the marketing starts for Chessington's 2019 new attraction.
Chessington has been hard at work over the past few weeks renewing an old effect in the Rattlesnake queue line. When the ride was installed back in 1998 the effect of a man climbing up and down a rope was installed.
On 19th September 2016, Rani gave birth to 3 healthy female lion cubs, Anala, Ramari, and Kesari.
In September 2016 Rani gave birth to 3 beautiful female Asiatic Lion Cubs Anala, Ramari and Kesari, however now they are all fully grown they will be flying the nest on Monday 25th June and will be moving to Terra Natura Zoo in Spain.

The Not Dogs restaurant has finally opened at Chessington! Originally announced back in March Not Dogs is the first theme park in the UK to have a restaurant dedicated to serving just vegetarian food.
After having extensive work done to it over the closed season, the Black Buccaneer has reopened at Chessington World of Adventures. With one difference, in previous years the framework for the ride has been painted brown and then black. But now the park has painted the framework grey.
