Preparations for Chessingtons next big hotel have started. Work has started clearing the site ready for foundations to be dug and installed.

Multi million pound makeover update
Over the course of this year Chessington World Of Adventures has been under going a £5 million upgrade. Rides across the park have received attention however the runaway mine train is the attraction receiving the most work. The ride is closed for the 2013 season but will reopen for 2014.
Halloween Hocus Pocus delivery
It's coming towards the end of the theme park season and it's the time that theme parks start to get their head into gear and start to get ready for Halloween. This year Chessington will be rethemeing the hocus pocus hall into a new attraction for 2013 called The Mystery of Hocus Pocus Hall.

HB Leisure the company that supply and operate the game stalls at all Merlin theme parks along with Paultons Park where caught on camera recently where they where found to be tampering with the game stalls.
Runaway mine train update
We’re now half way through the theme park season and one ride over at Chessington world of adventures is yet to re-open. The runaway minetrain has had its rocks removed due to health and safety problems, however we have been told they will be replaced during the closed season.
Zufari restraint change
Over the past few months of Zufari being opened, there have been multiple problems with keeping guests in their seats.

Rameses Revenge closes for maintenance
Rameses Revenge has closed for a few days at maintenance is carried out on the ride. It would seem that one of the motors of the ride needs to be replaced this could take a mater of days or weeks to be replaced.
Chessington to get park wide WIFI
The 2013 theme park season is now in full swing and the parks are doing their best to get everything back up and running as well as adding some more features into the park it seems!
Zufari Opens To Public
After a small delay from previewing to press a few weeks ago, Zufari is now open to guests! Guests can now board a Zufari truck and go on an adventure through the terrain and spot wild animals along the way. However, be careful.... don't go in the cave!
