Safari Skyway is no more and is being removed at Chessington! With the ride no longer running the cars have been removed and one of them can be seen in the Drop Off car park at the lodge gate.

Departing Soon More Ghost Train Updates
Opening in 19 days time Derren Browns Ghost Train will reinvent the ghost train for the 21st century. Opening on 6th May 2016 progress is strong and there have been many changes since our last visit to the park.
Pizza & Pasta Takeaway Option
Market Square Pizza & Pasta at Chessington World Of Adventures has recently begun selling takeaway pizzas! In previous years the pizza and pasta buffet was just in eat only however this year Merlin seem to have started a trail at Chessington of doing takeaway in the restaurant.
Ghost Train Progress Update March 2016
Derren Browns Ghost Train will shortly be arriving at Thorpe Junction, however much is still to be done before the ride is unveiled to the public on Friday 6th May 2016.
Chessington Kamal The Lion
Rani the lion at Chessington World Of Adventures will soon be joined by her new male lion friend named Kamal. Traveling all the way from Canada her new friend will arrive on 31st March according to the poster outside the lion enclosure.
Plans For New Legoland Ride Submitted
Legoland Windsor Resort have recently put in planning permission for a brand new attraction. Situated on the current Loki's Labyrinth maze. The application description gives us the following information:
Thorpe Park 12p Tickets
To celebrate the opening of Derren Browns Ghost Train Thorpe Park are rolling back the clocks to 1871 and will be selling tickets for just 12p each! The modern day equivalent of one shilling.
The Flume Has Been Unplugged
The Flume at Alton Towers has unplugged itself for the last time and will remain closed permanently. However in its place will be something more exciting. SW8 a “Ground-Breaking New Ride Development” will be on the old flume site.
Tidal Wave Water Tower Fixed
Over the closed season all the rides at theme parks have extensive maintenance done to them and the same is done to theming around the park to check its safe. However after years of the tidal wave water tower effect being broken we can announce today that the effect is now working!
Dino Safari Permanently Closed
Dino Safari at Legoland Windsor Resort has permanently closed following the approval of the plans to build a second hotel on park. The location of the second hotel will be on top of the ride which reviews the removal of the ride and re routing of the broad walk path.
Derren Brown Ghost Train Opening Confirmed
Tonight Thorpe Park have announced on their social media channels and via email that Derren Brown’s Ghost Train will be opening on Friday 6th May 2016. More updates on the ride when they become public.
