Fright Nights are back and is set to be the scariest ever! With all mazes back from last year with the exception of studio 13 its all hands on deck to get the park ready. Fright Nights kicks off on 9th October and runs on 10, 11, 12, 17, 18, 19, 24 October – 1 November.
Sad news is coming in today, announced on the parks social media channels Ashok the parks Asiatic Lion has passed away at the age of 18. Due to ongoing health difficulties relating to his age the difficult decision was taken to humanely euthanize him.
It has been announced on Chessington's social media channels that Rattlesnake has finally reopened following the closure of the ride after the incident on the Smiler at Alton Towers. It is believed that the ride has undergone major work over the past few weeks.
With WC16’s foundations complete, work can now continue to finish constructing the shell of the building. Work has progressed well since our last update with more metal girders put in place towards the back of the site.
Fright Nights are back for 2015 and this year celebrates 14 ‘Gorious’ years! The director is no more, the carnival of undead creeps have taken over the park for halloween. Adult babies, clowns, mime artists and a devilish ringleader are the new stars of the show.
Howl’o’ween is set to return to Chessington World Of Adventures this October half term with the park open until 8pm on 23rd October - 2nd November the park will play host to 2 scare attractions. curse of the lost tomb and trick or treat wood.
Volunteer your mind for a journey like no other coming to Thorpe Park Resort in 2016. Work on the new attraction looks to have been steady over the past few days with the final section of foundations complete.

In the past week Alton Towers Resort have submitted planning applications to the local authorities to extended the Alton Towers hotel. The plans will replace the previously approved spa extension.
Proposed changes to Air at Alton Towers have been submitted to Staffordshire Moorlands planning website changing sections of the station and adding theming to the Air tunnel.
Alton Towers have announced a brand new extreme horror escape experience new 2015 called Sub Species: Operation Lockdown. Starting 17th October 2015 Scarefest is set to be the biggest event of the year with late night rides and scare attractions.
