The park has confirmed on their social media channels that Loggers Leap will remain closed during the 2016 theme park season for maintenance. It follows the ride being removed from the Thorpe Park website and the ride having lots of issues during the summer season.
It has been announced on the Thorpe Park website that Stealth will be shut for the reminder of the 2015 season. Theres no reason as to why however it will re-open in 2016. Could this be a sign that the park could be opening for February half term again next year?

Following Tidal Wave at Thorpe Park shutting early in the season a couple of weeks ago Alton Towers last night announced on there website that The Flume will be shutting on 10th October 2015 for the remainder of the 2015 theme park season.

Over the past few days it would seem The Smiler at Alton Towers has begun testing again following the accident on the ride on 2nd June 2015. Prior to the ride testing rope inspections of the ride where undertaken along with what we believe are safety enhancements of the ride system.
