Tickets for February Half Term 2015 at Thorpe Park are now on sale with early bird tickets costing only £12.50! Tickets are extremely limited according to the website. The park will be open everyday from 14th February until 22nd from 10am till 4pm.
Following Thorpe Parks application for a brand new attraction to be built in the space of the unused arena area for the 2016 season Runnymede Borough Council have approved the plans! The park has been given full planing permission for the new attraction which is believed to be a dark ride.
Back in September in 2014 Thorpe Park announced on their Facebook and Twitter page that the Flying Fish was to shut early for maintenance. This sparked theme park enthusiasts into overdrive starting a rumour that the park could be opening for February half term in 2015.
In a recent email from Thorpe Park to our mailbox the park looks to have confirmed the starting date of the 2015 theme park season.

Today Thorpe Park have confirmed that the Chief Rangers Carousel shall be leaving the park after 20 years of service. The ride is set to be removed at the end of this season for work to begin on the parks newest attraction set to open in 2016.

Back for FRIGHT NIGHTS 2014 is the rib cage challenge, it costs £20 to enter and you get 4 racks of ribs, 4 lattice fries, coleslaw and a side salad.
Over the past few weeks Thorpe Park have been hard at work removing trees and clearing the site of Miss Hippos Fungle Safari and today we have some photos that show how much the site really has progressed since our last update.
FRIGHT NIGHT’s begin in just a few days time and the park is almost ready to kick off the event with the Press Night and Merlin Annual pass night being on Thursday 9th October. In todays update we take one last look around the park before visiting the park on the Press Night.
Last week we reported that Thorpe Park had begun work on the old site of Miss Hippo’s Fungle Safari ride with trees being marked up to be cut down and this week we have a small update on the site status. The track is being removed with the concrete base it used to sit on being removed.
